Transportation Services Customer Service Specialist(Continuous Recruitment)The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist for the Transportation Brokerage. Duties include: screening, authorizing, and arranging transportation services for eligible clients including seniors and adults with disabilities to medical services and employment and training sites in Southwest Washington. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and two years of customer service experience, additional relevant experience may substitute for up to two years of college. Degree verification and ability to pass a criminal background check is required. Transportation Services Customer Service Representative(Continuous Recruitment)The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its transportation services programs. CSRs determine eligibility and authorize transport for Medicaid and Non-Medicaid clients in SW Washington. Screening and scheduling are performed over the phone. Minimum requirements include two years of college level course work and one year of relevant work experience or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Bilingual skills are highly desirable. Ability to pass a criminal background check is required. Interpreter Services Customer Service Specialist(Continuous Recruitment)The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Specialist for the Interpreter Services Brokerage. CSRs authorize Interpreter Services for Medicaid recipients and DSHS applicants in Southwest Washington.
