Transportation Services Customer Service Representative
The Human Services Council is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its transportation services programs. CSRs determine eligibility and authorize transport for Medicaid and Non-Medicaid clients in SW Washington. Screening and scheduling are performed over the phone. Minimum requirements include two years of college level course work and one year of relevant work experience or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Bilingual skills are highly desirable. Ability to pass a background check is required.
Mobility Manager - Clark County

The Human Services Council (HSC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Mobility Manager. The individual selected for this position will identify and develop a range of transportation options and solutions to meet community determined needs; increase coordination of transportation services among providers and programs;collaborate with community organizations, transit and human service transportation providers to match consumer needs with transportation resources; promote awareness of transportation options for all residents including special needs and underserved populations to enhance their ability to access services and live independently.
