HSC has now made it easy for you to view upcoming trips for your resident/client online with their Provider One ID Number. It is no longer necessary for you to wait on hold to see if your resident/client’s trip is scheduled, which vendor is assigned to pick you up and what time the need to be ready. You can also cancel your resident/client’s trip if it is no longer needed.
To see your clients' Medicaid trip information, enter their ProviderOne ID's below and click the "Get Info" button. You may check info
for more than one client at a time by providing a comma separated list of the ProviderOne IDs. Once you have entered the Client ID Number(s), you will be able to
request cancellation of pending scheduled trips.
